Become an Angel

Use your success, experience and networks to help charities go further

Angels’ Den gives entrepreneurs, philanthropists and business leaders the opportunity to support exceptional charities in a more personal, practical
and powerful way.

As an Angel, you are not simply donating to a cause. You are backing ambitious charities with funding, belief, experience and connections that can help unlock their next stage of growth.

At each Angels’ Den event, selected charities pitch live to a panel of Angels and an invited audience. Every finalist has a clear funding ask, a compelling story and the potential to create meaningful change with the right support.  Your role as an Angel is to listen, engage and help decide how funding is allocated on the night. But the opportunity does not have to end there. Many Angels go on to champion the charities they meet, opening doors, sharing insight and helping them build momentum long after the event has finished.

Angels’ Den is philanthropy with purpose, energy and connection.

Why become an Angel?

Angels’ Den was created for people who want their giving to be more active and more impactful.

Many charities have brilliant ideas, strong leadership and deep knowledge of the communities they serve. What they often need is access: access to funding, networks, expertise, confidence and people who believe in them.  That is where Angels can make a real difference.

By becoming an Angel, you can use your own success and experience to help charities overcome barriers, reach new audiences and turn potential into progress.  Your support could help a charity launch a new project, scale a proven service, reach more people, strengthen its infrastructure or take a bold next step. And because you hear directly from the charities themselves, you get to understand the people, passion and impact behind each ask.

What Angels bring

Angels bring more than financial support. They bring the kind of practical insight, entrepreneurial thinking and real-world experience that can be transformational for charities.

As an Angel, you may be able to help by offering:

The impact continues

What makes Angels’ Den different?

Angels’ Den is not a traditional fundraising event. It is a live, high-energy giving experience built around storytelling, connection and practical philanthropy. The charities are carefully selected. The pitches are short and focused. The funding is meaningful. The conversations are real.

For Angels, it offers a direct route to discover inspiring charities and understand exactly how your support could make a difference.

For charities, it creates a rare opportunity to access funding, visibility and people who can help them grow.

The result is a model where giving becomes more engaged, more personal and often more powerful.

Angels are typically entrepreneurs, business leaders, philanthropists or individuals who want to use their resources and experience to create lasting social impact.

You do not need to have supported charities in this way before. What matters is that you are willing to engage with the process, listen to the charities, commit meaningful funding and explore how your wider experience or networks could help.

Angels’ Den is particularly suited to people who:

  • Want their giving to feel more direct and personal

  • Are interested in backing high-impact charities

  • Can contribute meaningful funding

  • Have business, entrepreneurial or leadership experience

  • Enjoy meeting passionate people with bold ideas

  • Want to use their networks and influence for good

  • Are open to building longer-term relationships with charities

Who can become an Angel?

Why your support matters

Charities are often closest to the solutions their communities need, but they may not always have access to the people, funding or platforms that could help them grow.

Angels’ Den helps bridge that gap.

By becoming an Angel, you are helping to create a space where brilliant charities are seen, heard and backed. You are giving them the chance to tell their story to people who can make things happen.

Your support could give a charity the confidence, funding and connections to reach more people, respond to greater need or take a step they could not take alone.

That is the power of becoming an Angel.

Ready to become an Angel?

If you are looking for a more meaningful way to give, Angels’ Den offers a direct and personal opportunity to support charities with the potential to create lasting change.

Become an Angel and help ambitious charities access the funding, confidence and connections they need to go further.
